At Eagle Digital, we are expanding our business outreach and lead pipeline. We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, discovering opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth.
You will represent all in-house brands:
Astrix Visual — Motion Graphics & Animation
Hivelux — Creative Marketing & Branding
Eagle Digital — Creative Marketing & Branding
This role focuses on outreach, qualification, and appointment setting.💡 You are NOT required to close sales.
Identify potential clients across multiple industries
Perform outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email & social platforms
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Introduce our solutions clearly and professionally
Explain how our services fit client needs
Build interest before handing over to the Sales Manager
Understand prospects’ goals, challenges & requirements
Evaluate whether they are a good fit for our services
Provide detailed notes for the sales team
Schedule calls or meetings for the Sales Manager/Director
Follow up with warm leads consistently
Update CRM and track outreach progress
Analyse competitors & industry trends
Identify new niches and potential partnership opportunities
Confident, outgoing, and proactive
Comfortable with outreach & high-volume messaging
Interest in creative, branding, marketing, or animation
Self-driven, organised, and eager to grow
Able to work well within a team of BDEs
