Job Overview

This role is critical in supporting our expansion in the special vehicle industry across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, an understanding of the industrial vehicle sector, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to promote our products and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the special vehicle industry in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted growth strategies.
  • Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners across the region.
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on progress toward sales objectives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the automotive, industrial vehicle, or heavy machinery sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an added advantage
  • Extroverted, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset; able to work independently and proactively
  • Willing to travel locally and regionally as required
