MAUD is an international architecture practice founded in London with strong roots in Taiwan. We specialize in architecture, interior design, and visual storytelling, delivering impactful and design-driven projects. Our Johor Bahru office is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our multi-brand team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities with, architects, hotel owners, and related clients.

Support the BD Manager in client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, and contract follow-ups.

Maintain and update client databases, track project progress, and support relationship management.

Collaborate with internal architecture, interior, and CGI teams to prepare presentations and marketing materials.

Help implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

2–5’ experience in business development, sales, or within architecture/design-related industries.

Familiarity with architecture or interior design workflows is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English and Chinese.

Motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Bonus Qualifications

Existing network or exposure to property developers, contractors, or architecture/design clients.

Understanding of real estate market and client needs in Malaysia.

Multilingual skills (Malay, English, Chinese) are an advantage.
