Responsibilities
- Operations Coordination and Improvement: Continuous monitoring and innovation of processes related to cost management, project and program management, business development, learner experience, staff engagement and other areas contributing to MBS Asia's growth.
- Support the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives with MBS Asia's Business Development, Account Management, Learning, Program Management and Operations teams.
- Support business development activities by ensuring opportunities with new and potential clients are connected across all MBS services; maintain and research up-to-date knowledge and market intelligence on key learning trends, economic news and competitor activities.
- Monitor the progress and implementation of operational activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MBS Asia’s client and learner outcomes.
- Monitor program costs and margins to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
- Foster cross-functional trusted relationships and work collaboratively across all areas of the School to ensure greater alignment of activities.
- Executive (Administrative) Support for MBS Asia's Leadership: Provide professional executive assistance across a range of responsibilities with a focus on planning, administration, diary and communication management. Provide project management support to the Asia team to ensure that Asia’s strategic priorities are properly coordinated and implemented.
- Perform executive administrative duties to support effective execution, including anticipating needs, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising discretion. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Extensive and detailed diary management, including coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare, undertake and distribute agendas, papers, and minutes for relevant meetings.
- Develop and prepare reports, articles and research for critical meetings, proposals and engagements.
