Job description

Support the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and capability statements.

Review client inquiries and translate technical requirements into business and proposal inputs.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain and update business development databases, client records, and tender tracking systems.

Support contract administration, documentation, and compliance checks.

Liaise with engineering, inspection, and operations teams to ensure technical accuracy.

Assist in post-award activities including project handover documentation and client coordination.

Perform other assigned business development and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related disciplines).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or industry exposure is an advantage.

Basic understanding of engineering services, inspection, fabrication, or oil & gas operations is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
