Responsibilities

• Manage business / project requirements according to the standards and expectations set by the Product Owners.
• During the RFP process, to assess and match every requirement with the solution and capabilities being offered by the vendors.
• Develop Business/Functional Requirements, i.e. define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information according to requirement specs.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; requirements and designs.
• Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards, adhere to process & compliance.
• Ensure adequate levels of documentation are produced as part of the solution.
• Apply Agile methodologies for documentation and its tools e.g Jira, Confluence.
• Coordinate and communicate requirements and designs to project members, vendors and dependency teams. Secure commitment on delivery schedule & effort estimation from all parties.
• Monitor, at a detailed level, work plans, timelines, and milestones for projects within the release/project requirements & design phase.
• Review of business key documentation and management of individual project reviews.
• Responsible for end to end requirement and design phase and providing consultation to test team on test plan and test script.
• Plan and Control UAT testing and project execution works end to end.
