Job summary

A leading healthcare technology company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified candidate to implement and manage Hospital Information Systems. The role requires hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Candidates must possess a university degree in computer science and excellent English communication skills. Travel is expected, and only Malaysian applicants will be considered.

Good university degree in computer science or equivalent

Hands-on experience in implementing Hospital Information or related systems

Have working experience in business especially relating to Hospital Information System

Must be analytical, detail and systematic & consistent focus on quality

Must have strong management, organizational and communication skills with emphasis on English (as NOVA operates in the region)

Willing to travel

Malaysian only

  • Work with a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
  • Work in delivering multi-million dollars Hospital Information System project through ISO Standard project plan and implementation
  • Interact effectively with stakeholders / users at all levels (Administrative, Informational, Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Support Services, etc)
  • Provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the project stakeholders
  • Perform Q&A tasks on application software
  • Provide support to existing users
  • Assist existing users in diagnosing and solving problems
  • Gather and perform business process studies on new requirements or projects
  • Assist in tender bidding activities wherever requires
  • Assist in Pre-Sales activities (demo, etc) wherever requires
  • Documentation related to systems and users
  • The job scope is not restricted to the above as assignments to other tasks but within the Healthcare industry may be assigned based on company’s needs
