• Participate in discussions to understand requirements and document them.
• Manage solution deliverables according to SLA standards.
• Prepare and maintain all projects documentation as per SDLC/Agile.
• Maintain project plans and reporting documentation for timely communication.
• Ensure deliverables are planned and executed in line with PMO approach.
• Aware of regulatory and compliance matters.
• Plan and control UAT testing and execution works end to end.

Overview

This position requires someone with a strong business and IT analytical troubleshooting experience in systems who is able to manage business requests, reported incidents, schedule and deliverables. These include the following:

Responsibilities

• Analyze business queries, problem statements to trouble-shoot & design recommended solutions.
• Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to a requirement specs.
• Participate in discussion with various related parties to understand the requirements and deliver recommended solutions & document the requirements in JIRA.
• Manage solution deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the SLA.
• Prepare and maintain all projects documentation as per endorsed SDLC/Agile.
• Maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned queries and production issues.
• Ensure deliverables are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach.
• Aware of regulatory and compliance matters.
• Plan and control UAT testing and execution works end to end.
