A technology solutions provider is seeking a Business Analyst for a banking project in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will assist in gathering business requirements, support the translation of needs into specifications, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accuracy. Assist in collecting, organizing, and documenting business requirements related to banking system modules.
Support the translation of business needs into functional specifications under guidance from senior team members.
Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of implementation scope.
Participate in testing activities, user training coordination, and go-live support.
Help track project issues, document user feedback, and assist with follow-up actions.
Provide bilingual support (Mandarin-English) when liaising with regional stakeholders and technical teams.
