Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a new opportunity in the Electronics Industry? Our Employment Agency is currently working with a Global Fortune 500 Company in this industry to help them find top talent to join their team based in Penang.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing your knowledge of the existing B2B system architecture to identify necessary changes to system interfaces and functional behavior
• Collaborating with external partners and internal business stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Facilitating cross-functional team meetings to address business problems or systems issues.
• Creating and maintaining solution specification and functional specification documents.
• Translating business needs into system requirements and reviewing system design and development with the development team.
• Providing second-level B2B system support.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B implementation and support of operational systems.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which transferable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Familiarity with B2B technologies such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, RosettaNet, Flat File, XML as well as B2B/EDI platform on WebMethod and AI.

Good understanding of the project development cycle.

Ability to work independently, make suggestions and decisions on time, collaborate with all level stakeholders.
