We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administration Executive to join our dynamic team at WEBBY SDN. BHD. As a growing technology company, we work closely with cloud platforms, partners, and enterprise clients, and we are looking for an organised individual who can support our daily business operations. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor, offering exposure to real-world business, cloud services, and operational workflows.
Business Administration Executive
- Involve in day-to-day business administration and operational support activities.
- Support billing and documentation processes by preparing records, tracking progress, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in account and service administration tasks, including basic setup, access coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Support preparation and submission of business-related documents such as proposals, applications, registrations, or partner-related materials.
- Coordinate preparation, circulation, signing, and filing of business documents and agreements.
- Support internal operations including document filing, approvals, scheduling, and basic communications.
- Assist management and team members with operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and meet deadlines while maintaining good attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of administrative, billing, or operations work (training will be provided).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail when handling documents and records.
- Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changing requirements.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and basic tracking systems.
- Willingness to learn cloud-related administration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members to support larger operational tasks.
- A positive mindset with a can-do and responsible attitude.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, document management, basic coordination skills.
- Additional Preferable Skill(s): Exposure to cloud platforms, Notion, Jira, CRM systems (advantage but not mandatory).
- 1–3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
