• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work including ad-hoc repairs such as blockage of pumping system and wastewater system.
• Ensure all M&E equipment are in good working condition.
• Monitor all renovation works to comply with the guidelines in house rules or by law.
• Assist Manager in supervising all building services contractors.
• Assist Manager in administration and supervision duties in the management office.
• Provide 24‑hour emergency maintenance service.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a condominium management environment.
