  • Inspect Common Areas
  • Attending queries from committee members
  • Handle Resident’s complaints
  • Handle & Manage services providers
  • Getting Approval to issue cheque & payment voucher
  • Create planning
  • Manage Technician & Handyman’s Operations
  • Create Agenda, Meeting & Minutes of Meetings
  • Issue Memos and notices
  • Bank-in collection, Budgeting, Accounts, Issue Invoice, collect payment
  • Issue Receipt (maintenance, overnight parking) and Statements
  • Handle Bookings, Renovation, Moving in & out
  • Issue Payment Voucher & Cheque
  • Receive / Update application of Access cards
  • Fillings & Documentations as per instructions
  • Reply emails (Payment & Booking Only and other matters)
  • Submit reports
  • Facilitate Quotation & etc.
  • To make sure the client's original receipts to be issued every day according to the request
Job Requirements
  • At bachelor degree in any related field
  • Working experiences at least 1 -2 years
