Branding & Marketing Communication Executive

Pilloo Trading Sdn. Bhd. is a growing baby-care brand. We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Communication Executive to manage brand messaging and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns. This role focuses on clear brand communication, content and copywriting, and cross-team coordination to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Offline Campaign

Responsible for our social media strategy end-to-end — planning, calendar management, content creation, and reporting.

Make sure a high-quality, platform-appropriate content (copy, video concepts, reels, photos, member stories).

Lead copywriting and message development for both digital and offline marketing materials, including social media, ads, website, event collaterals, and printed materials.

Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and storytelling across all online and offline campaigns.

Build and grow mummy community online.

Manage website content is updated and appropriate.

Oversee digital ads (Meta, Google, XHS,TK), from briefing to execution and optimisation.

Manage SEO/SEM efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaign communications across digital, retail, events, and community touchpoints.

Research

Provide clear research directions and focus areas for internal or external research support. (Customer audience behaviour, preferences etc)

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Planning and coordinating offline marketing activities and brand events.

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.

Provide suggestions to improve online & offline campaigns based on data and feedback.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (brand, communications, or digital marketing preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.

Good writing and communication skills.

Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Insights.

Graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) is a plus.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
