Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign & Event
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and events, from concept to post-launch recap.
  • Support creative brainstorming, campaign coordination, and cross-team execution.
  • Support any ad hoc brand-related initiatives, campaigns, or activations as needed.
Digital Maketing
  • Create engaging content for social media and email marketing, focusing on brand storytelling.
  • Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct trend research to align content with current market preferences.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach.
Brand Development & Strategy
  • Assist in defining and maintaining the brand’s positioning, voice, and visual identity.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Support brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to expand brand presence.
  • Coordinate with Agency, KOLs, and creators to plan, brief, and execute content that reflects the brand’s fun, youthful energy.
  • Track KOL performance and content timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Be adaptable and ready to help where needed to ensure smooth brand execution.
  • Support ad hoc marketing tasks assigned by the Branding Manager.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to create content in English, Melayu, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Passionate about Mobile Apps, Fintech, and digital innovation.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization to maximize content reach.
  • You know your way around loyalty apps, fintech, or mobile platforms, extra points if it excites you!
