Homecare Operational Excellence Coordinator

Homecare is a product category involving massage chair, mattress, air conditioner, and other technical home appliances. These products are regularly serviced by Coway Homecare Technicians. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all Homecare branches by developing and standardizing policies and SOPs, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and governance nationwide.

The role serves as a key coordinator between HQ and Homecare branches, supporting system and process enhancement initiatives by translating operational requirements into practical improvements. It also manages Homecare Technician agreement processes, conducts branch operational audits, monitors inventory governance, and ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Through continuous process optimization and cross‑functional coordination, this role plays a critical part in strengthening operational efficiency, risk control, and service quality across the Homecare network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Policy & SOP Development – Develop, review, and standardize SOPs for Coway Homecare branch operational processes; ensure SOP alignment across all branches to improve execution consistency.
  • System & Process Enhancement Support – Support and coordinate system enhancement projects related to Homecare branch operations; translate operational requirements into system/process improvements.
  • HQ-Branch Coordination – Act as a central coordinator between HQ and Homecare branches for operational alignment; address process gaps and implementation issues at branch level; support Homecare Technician agreement related processes and documentation; ensure Homecare branch operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Branch Audit & Governance – Conduct Homecare branch operational audits to ensure SOP and compliance adherence; identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Inventory Governance – Cross-check and monitor nationwide stock inventory to ensure accuracy and control; support improvements in inventory tracking and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or higher (Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a related field, preferably sales organization‑related data analysis, quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations.
  • Skills: Strong business analysis, data interpretation, advanced Excel, Advanced Tableau, Advanced PowerPoint, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, confidentiality, and discretion.
