Branch Manager / Department Head / Management Trainee (Multiple Location)

In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance.

Resolve issues from consumers and retain good customer relationship.

Job Requirements

• Candidate preferably have 2 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for department head
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for department head
• Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for branch manager
• Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays
• Possess strong leadership attributes and good role model

Working location

• 5.5 working days (45 hours per week)

Salary range

• Management Trainee - RM 2200 - RM 2400
