Responsibilities

Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, customer accounts and contract terms, financial measures and KPIs and branch staff encompassing employees and contract delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy continuous improvement efforts to drive productivity, reduce operating costs, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively with others to provide seamless quality customer service to achieve strategic business initiatives.
  • Manage the full employee and contract driver life cycle from recruitment to resignation, including adherence to company policies, customer requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Identify and secure new customers to support rapid business expansion.
  • Oversee resource allocation including personnel, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Perform any other sales activities or projects as assigned by the superior.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.
  • Ensure branch and staff safety, manage security tools, and maintain cleanliness and appurtenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, submit timely reports, and manage staff supplies.
  • Oversee and manage the activities of the hired agent and the services of GDEX point-of-presence (POP) within the designated branch.
