About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility in Kulim, Kedah. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the overall growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing orders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
• Monitor and analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as sales, logistics, and procurement, to align operations with broader business objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
