CARSOME’s Future Branch Leader Program is a 9‑month fast‑track leadership development journey designed to groom high‑potential talents into future Branch Managers. Through hands‑on operational leadership, strategic exposure, and tailored mentoring, this program prepares you to take full ownership of a high‑performing branch.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive business performance, and deliver an exceptional customer journey—backed by CARSOME’s strong digital platform, marketing engine, and expert teams. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast‑paced environments and are eager to build a long‑term career in a data‑driven, customer‑centric retail ecosystem. This position reports directly to the Dealer Principal.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Maximize Transaction Performance: Take full ownership of the branch's car buying and selling targets, aggressively driving strategies to optimize the team's productivity and achievement for both vehicle acquisitions and sales.
  • Strategic Operational Flow: Oversee the day‑to‑day operational flow of CARSOME Consultants for both purchasing and selling vehicles, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing every transaction opportunity.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Implement and refine highly effective lead generation and follow‑up processes to maximize conversion rates for potential car sellers and buyers.
  • Performance Analysis: Consistently analyze and track buying and selling performance metrics, proactively identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to meet and exceed targets.
Team Management
  • High‑Performing Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team members to deliver the highest standard of buying experience for our customers, fostering a culture of excellence and strong sales results.
  • Talent Development: Recognize and nurture the individual skills and career aspirations of each team member. Work collaboratively to build personalized development plans that enhance their capabilities and career growth.
  • Operational Team Management: Efficiently manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave to ensure optimal branch coverage and seamless customer service.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across your team.
Stock Management & Operation Efficiency
  • Optimized Inventory Flow: Take charge of vehicle inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient turnover, and meticulous, accurate record‑keeping.
  • Streamlined Operations: Oversee all day‑to‑day branch operations, guaranteeing efficiency, compliance with company standards, and a consistently excellent customer journey.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively solve problems and swiftly address any issues to ensure our customers consistently receive the best possible experience.
Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
  • Financial Stewardship: Directly manage the branch budget, rigorously control operational expenses, and actively identify opportunities to optimize overall profitability.
  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key financial performance indicators closely and prepare comprehensive, accurate reports for the District Manager and senior management, providing actionable insights into branch financial health.
Your Know‑How
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of progressive leadership experience within the automotive retail industry, with at least 3 years specifically in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets within defined timeframes.
  • In‑depth understanding and hands‑on experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. You must be able to interpret financial data, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and drive revenue growth to optimize branch profitability.
  • Highly analytical and numbers‑driven, with the ability to swiftly analyze sales figures, operational costs, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data‑backed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and work within strict financial parameters.
  • Ability to develop and implement short‑term (daily/weekly) and mid‑term (monthly/quarterly) operational and sales plans with clear objectives and deadlines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for optimizing processes and resource allocation within set timeframes.
  • A natural leader with a proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, mentor, and retain a high‑performing sales and operations team.
  • Strong coaching skills, with experience in developing individual team members' capabilities and careers.
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Solid understanding of automotive retail operations, including showroom management, inventory control, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
  • Competency in using CRM systems, inventory management software, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
