A premium scalp treatment salon brand in Malaysia is looking for a passionate Branch Assistant Manager. You will help oversee daily operations, manage a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. We are launching a new, premium scalp treatment salon brand in Malaysia and are looking for a passionate and capable Branch Assistant Manager to potentially lead one of our pioneer outlets. As part of the founding team, you will assist Branch Manager to oversee all daily operations, manage a team of therapists and consultants, and ensure that every client receives exceptional and professional experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor by conducting professional consultations to understand customers’ scalp and hair needs, recommending suitable treatments and products.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive, memorable client experience.
Work closely with the store team and supervisors to achieve overall sales and service goals.
Educate customers on treatment plans, product usage, and aftercare to build lasting relationships.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional consultation and treatment environment.
Comply with company standards for health, safety, and service quality.
Support daily store operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Coordinate staff rosters, appointment bookings, and treatment schedules to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
Monitor treatment stock levels, ensuring proper inventory management.
Prepare and submit timely reports on retail performance, staff matters, and operational updates.
Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hair Scalp, Aesthetic, Beauty, or Personal Care industry (Comprehensive training will be provided).
Service-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willing to work on retail hours, weekends, and Public Holidays.
