Job summary

A seafood supplies company based in Parit Buntar, Perak is seeking a skilled operator to supervise steam boiler systems. You will perform daily inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of boiler operations and water treatment, with a minimum SPM certificate and 1-3 years of relevant experience. This position requires a safety-conscious individual willing to work shifts and manage emergency situations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of boiler safety, water treatment, and preventive maintenance.
• Willing to work shift, standby, and overtime.

Job description

Operate and monitor steam boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

Perform daily inspections, record boiler parameters, and maintain logbooks

Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and company safety standards

Carry out routine boiler maintenance, blowdown, and basic troubleshooting

Support production by ensuring continuous steam supply

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency situations

Knowledge of water tratment , blowdown procedures, and fuel system

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams

Job Requirements
