Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring of BMS System
• Responsible for Visitor Management System and Access Control System
• Report daily and weekly work progress.
• Basic programming as needed to troubleshoot integration between lift access system with access control and visitor management system
• Continuously reviews the performance database and initiates corrective actions for performance improvement of the systems.
• Responsible for prompt response for all fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems during breakdowns.
• Implement safety standards and procedures for work activities.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the daily activities of the BMS maintenance team.
• Specialize in the integration, monitoring, and management of elevator and escalator systems within the overarching BMS.
• Responsible to oversee, manage and monitor the full scope of the M&E works.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any equivalent fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Required Skills: Good written and spoken English
• Written and written Mandarin is an advantage
