Qualifications

• 2–5 years in blockchain/fintech with prior training or teaching experience preferred.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Design and deliver Blockchain and RWA training from beginner to advanced
• Develop materials: slides, case studies, exercises, assessments
• Track industry trends: protocols, compliance, tokenization, real‑world use cases
• Run trainings and workshops: corporate, public classes, community events
• Manage learners: pathways, feedback, and outcomes measurement

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

• 2–5 years in blockchain/fintech; prior training/teaching preferred
• Strong knowledge of RWA: asset tokenization, custody, compliance, risk
• Familiarity with major chains/protocols and basic dev workflows (e.g., smart contracts/tools)
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred; comfortable with online and in‑person delivery
