Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (beauty industry experience is an added advantage).
- Customer‑oriented, sales‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Well‑organized with attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures as instructed by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
- Support tasks such as cash handling, stock checks, and preparing the store for smooth daily operations.
- Attend to customer concerns politely, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
- Help ensure visual merchandising displays are neat and aligned with brand guidelines.
Sales & Customer Service
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets and promoting customer loyalty.
- Provide product knowledge and service to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to meet sales objectives.
Team Support
- Work closely with colleagues and follow guidance from the Store Manager.
- Uphold grooming and presentation standards in line with brand expectations.
- Contribute positively to team spirit and daily store activities.
Inventory & Stock Handling
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
- Perform regular stock checks and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Help ensure shelves are replenished and adequately stocked during regular days, festive periods, or special events.
