We are looking for a Beauty Sales Advisor to join our growing aesthetic clinic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, has strong communication and sales skills, and thrives in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the clinic's marketing initiatives, including campaigns and promotional events.
  • Promptly handle incoming leads from social media, Google Ads, and referrals via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of all clinic services and retail products.
  • Support the clinic’s marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs related to consultations and package sales.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to scheduling consultations or first appointments.
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about aesthetic services, expected outcomes, and aftercare.
  • Build client trust by maintaining honesty, professionalism, and transparency in all communications.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Accurately book appointments using the clinic’s management system.
  • Collaborate closely with aestheticians and clinicians to ensure a seamless client handover and experience.
Working Hours
  • Monday - Saturday: 10.00 AM - 7.00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10.00 AM - 4.00 PM
  • Sunday & selected Public Holidays: OFF

Qualifications
