As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages
• Positive attitude, energetic, and customer-focused
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
