We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bahasa Melayu Secondary Teacher to join our team at PUSAT TUISYEN SINAR MEGA' in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the academic success of our secondary school students.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering engaging Bahasa Melayu lessons to secondary school students
• Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to support students’ language development and academic progress
• Designing and marking assessments, tests and examinations to monitor student progress
• Providing individualised support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student progress and attendance

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Education with a specialisation in Bahasa Melayu or a related field
• A valid teaching certificate or license to teach in secondary schools
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Bahasa Melayu at the secondary school level
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian education curriculum and assessment standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development
