Description and Requirements

Summary-

As a Java Developer, he/she will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.

System Architecture:

• Participate in designing scalable and secure application architectures. Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical requirements.

Integration:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and database layers.

Testing and Debugging:

• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and API specifications. Provide user manuals and operational guides when necessary.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with Java technologies and best practices. Suggest improvements to development workflows and tools.

Qualification and Work Experience

• Degree in IT or related discipline
• Minimum Five (5) years of relevant experience designing, development of system application.
• Strong experience in Java, Springboot, JIRA & PostgreSQL.
• Experience in data processing is a plus.
• Good logical reasoning and analysis skills.
