Backend Developer (System & Infrastructure) – Virtual Tour Platform

About the Role:We are seeking a robust Backend Developer to build the foundational engine for a high-interaction virtual tour web application. You will be responsible for designing the database schema, user permission systems, and the API logic that allows different user tiers (Admin, Developer, and End-User) to interact with property data and immersive media.

Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture:Design a scalable database and API structure that supports 3-tier user roles (Admin, Developer, Normal User).

Customization Engines:Build the backend logic for an Admin dashboard to manage users and dynamic links, and a Developer tool for self-managed property listings.

Data Management:Implement a "Watch List" feature and an "Interest/Lead" system to connect users with developers.

Cloud Management:Deploy and maintain the application on AWS or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability for media-heavy virtual tours.

Frontend Integration:Provide clean, well-documented RESTful or GraphQL APIs for our frontend team (who use AI-assisted/vibe coding tools).

Required Skills:

Backend Mastery:3+ years of experience with [Node.js / Python / Go].

Database Expert:Deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and schema design for complex user relationships.

Security:Experience implementing secure Authentication and Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).

Cloud Infrastructure:Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, RDS, EC2/Lambda) or Google Cloud.

Asset Handling:Experience managing large file uploads (360 images/videos) and CDN integration.

Nice to Have:

Experience with real estate tech or CMS development.

Familiarity with Map APIs (Google Maps/Mapbox) for property listings.

Knowledge of AI-assisted development workflows.
