Job summary

A leading AV solutions provider is seeking a Service & Delivery Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support and AV solutions to enterprise clients. The role involves managing full project delivery, performing installations, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field, a minimum of 1 year's experience, and familiarity with various AV technologies. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AV service engineering, field support, or system commissioning.
• Experience with brands like Crestron, Extron, QSC, and Biamp.
• Knowledge of UC platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Webex.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in executing AV deployment plans.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for clients.

Skills

Technical understanding of AV and conferencing systems

Troubleshooting skills for AV hardware and software

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with remote monitoring tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
