About the Job

We’re hiring multiple Automation Software Engineers to join our team in a hands‑on role that blends automation software testing, robotic process automation, low‑code automation, and AI‑driven engineering. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or juniors who want to build real‑world automation solutions across QA, performance testing, RPA, and AI agent workflows.

This position reports to the Tech Lead and requires full on‑site presence in the office; hybrid or remote arrangements are not available.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright (TypeScript).
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile using Appium (Java).
  • Create and execute end‑to‑end and regression test cases.
  • Build performance test scripts using K6 or Gatling.
  • Automate business processes using RPA tools and low‑code platforms like N8N.
  • Develop automation workflows using Python, including frameworks such as LangChain and FastAPI.
  • Explore and implement AI‑driven automation and intelligent agent workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyse test results, identify issues, and optimise automation performance.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, especially in automation, AI, and low‑code platforms.
  • Use AI‑powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and JetBrains IDEs to build faster and smarter.
Skills & experience required
  • Fresh graduates (related internships are a plus) or juniors with <1 year of experience.
  • Enjoys coding and solving real‑world QA and automation problems.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Playwright is a strong advantage.
  • Interest or exposure in QA Automation, RPA, low‑code automation, and Agentic AI.
  • Strong eye for detail when discovering and analysing bugs.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable supporting late‑night deployments when required.
  • Willing to participate in both pre‑ and post‑deployment regression testing.
  • Experience with automation (RPA, or Agentic AI) is a plus, but not a core requirement. Candidates must be open and willing to pick up these skills on the job.
