As an Audit & Tax Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality accounting, auditing, and tax services to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of financial audits for a range of clients

Prepare tax returns and liaise with clients to gather necessary information

Perform detailed financial analysis, reconciliations, and data‑driven insights

Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and other compliance documents

Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide updates on project progress

Stay up‑to‑date with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices

Provide administrative support to the team as needed

What we’re looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1‑3 years of experience in auditing or tax preparation, preferably in a professional services environment

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
