Associate - IT Service Delivery Management

As an IT Service Delivery Management Associate, you’ll be the key connector ensuring our IT services run smoothly, efficiently, and with top-tier customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be the liaison between our Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and IT service delivery teams to ensure business users receive seamless IT support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular review meetings & discussion sessions to continuously elevate service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure IT teams follow standard service and support processes — keeping us aligned, efficient, and consistent.
  • Identify, address, and help frame policy, process, and operational issues to improve how our IT services are delivered.
  • Support business opportunities by providing quick turnarounds on service proposals and requests from customers.
  • Assist with AR (Accounts Receivable) collection tasks when required.
  • Take on any additional responsibilities that help us grow and deliver excellence.

Requirements
