Overview

Be a part of something BIG! As an Associate Engineer, you are responsible to support the field technician for their installation and maintenance jobs. This is not limited to perform validation and checks on fixed business orders to ensure it is ready for installation appointment.

Responsibilities
  • Contact customer on key updates, change and milestone
  • Verify and ensure order have been processed accurately and on timely manner and ready for installation or maintenance visit. Conduct necessary rectification action (including escalation), when requires.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal staff (sales and field technician) relating to the fixed business orders related appointment and procedure
  • Assist to re-schedule the installation appointment and communicate if there is any delay issue for Fiber or if customer insists to make change
  • Explain and manage customer expectation on the installation and maintenance related issue and experience
  • Coordinate, follow up and liaise with building management on their permit / approval / requirement for our in-building work and activities
  • To escalate any issues which cannot be completed within agreed procedures
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by Team Leader or superior
Skills for Success
  • Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Studies/Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in servicing industry
