Responsibilities

• Assess payment claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks.
• Handle payment requests from various parties, including the 24/7 contact centre.
• Ensure all payment requests for the special account policy are resolved on time.
• Communicate with the contact centre and finance team regularly.
• Assist team members and handle various administrative tasks.

About The Role

Assess payment claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

• Responsible to handle payment requests from various parties (e.g.: 24/7 contact centre, Clients, Members, Sales and Others)
• Ensure all payment requests for the special account policy are attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.
• Meet department and individual quality targets, turnaround time and productivity benchmarks.
• Communicate closely with 24/7 contact centre and finance and ensure emails are responded to in a timely manner.
• Assist team members within the team as and when required.
• Assist with general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.
• Seek to understand rationale with facts for better payment analysis.
