We’re looking for a motivated Associate Business Operations to support daily business tasks and help improve our processes. If you have a law degree, that’s a bonus, especially for reviewing contracts and documents, but candidates from other backgrounds are welcome too.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business proposals, meeting minutes, due diligence, and other critical documents
- Manage documentation systematically for accuracy, easy retrieval, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, presentations, business proposals, and company secretarial documents
- Support business process documentation and improvements, including SOPs
- Assist with company secretarial documentation and regulatory compliance
- Support preparation and review of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and operational reports
- Coordinate ad hoc operational projects to ensure timely execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in business operations, corporate services, or related roles
- Experience in preparing business proposals, due diligence documents, meeting minutes, and company secretarial paperwork
- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and company secretarial practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience in multi-subsidiary or diversified corporate environments is a plus
