A reputable filtration technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities include managing invoices in Oracle, liaising with external parties, and assisting in monthly account reconciliations. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or GL functions, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities:
1. Account Payable
Matching of purchase invoices in Oracle
Liaising with external parties-banker on daily remittance matters and auditor on yearly audit & handle any ad hoc tasks as required
2. Account Receivable
Managing invoice upload and/or update into customer portal
Manage all incoming funds and receipts
Assists in monthly accounts closing including reconciliation of intra/ Inter-company accounts receivable & preparation of monthly reports
Monitoring Customer Master
Liaising with external parties e.g banker and auditor & Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
