A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Strategic Marketing. This role involves planning and implementing marketing programs to achieve group sales objectives, overseeing vendor management, and tracking campaign performance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields, with 6-8 years of experience and strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and implement effective marketing programs/campaigns and strategies for Group Sales Objective.
Strong working knowledge of Meta ecosystem, creative best practices for paid social.
On-time, on-budget campaign delivery and creative quality standard.
Create and execute a group campaign (Festive, Sales and Reward) that contributes to the overall lead generation growth.
Vendor/agency management and production oversight for creative deliverables.
Measure and track the impact of all marketing campaigns across events, social media, content portals, emailers, and web presence.
Liaise with internal and external creative agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals and creatives in line with the concept of individual projects within the Group.
Responsible for the centralization and development of all A&P materials.
Create and prepare the development of key campaigns from budget planning, campaign ideation, and planning to go to market execution.
Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns (roadshows, physical and online events, social media, digital marketing) for the group.
Prepare reports, presentations, management papers, and proposals for the management updates.
The Incumbent:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
Minimum 6 – 8 years’ relevant experience in property, media or in a similar role or industry.
Demonstrates strong planning, prioritisation and attention to detail.
Able to solve the problem and data-driven decision making.
Digitally and technologically savvy in using systems and tools.
Possesses leadership and people management skills.
Possesses good communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrates strong teamwork in working collaboratively with others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
