We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in Masai Johor. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and enriching educational environment for our students. What you'll be doing

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the students

Support the delivery of lessons and activities in a manner that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional development

Collaborate with the lead teacher to monitor student progress and provide individualised attention and support as needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment that fosters a positive and inclusive learning experience

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

What we're looking for
