What you’ll be doing
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia and support hiring in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
  • Develop strong sourcing strategies and build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position PMX as an employer of choice.
  • Design and maintain PMX organization charts aligned to business needs.
  • Implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and readiness plans.
  • Forecast manpower needs based on project and business growth.
  • Propose hiring strategies aligned with future workforce requirements.
  • Monitor internal movement and align with succession plans.
  • Manage employment pass applications and compliance.
  • Support internal mobility and career development programs.
  • Review and enhance talent processes to increase efficiency.
  • Build team capability through structured development and guidance.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present talent strategies to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR strategy, preferably with regional exposure (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
  • Strong expertise in succession planning, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledgeable in employment pass applications and mobility processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team development capability.
