Assistant Sales & Marketing Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our expanding team. This role involves servicing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our full range of industrial products.

Northern Region

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote and demonstrate the company’s full range of industrial products to potential clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong business relationships.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in outdoor industrial sales, preferably in a senior role within marketing or business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong presentation capabilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and proactive.
• Willing to travel for work assignments (outstation).
