About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Eurofins NM Laboratory Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and contributing to the overall sales success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within your assigned territory or market segment
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline, and provide regular updates to management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful client onboarding and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company's services
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the laboratory sales industry
  • Strong understanding of the New Business Development landscape and the ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
