Job summary

A leading property developer in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full project development cycle. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant managerial experience, and a proven track record in high-rise projects. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance with local authority requirements are essential. Effective communication in Mandarin is an advantage. Authority Liaison: Coordinate and manage submissions with local authorities (Majlis Perbandaran Kajang) and other relevant technical agencies to ensure timely approvals.

Operational Oversight: Oversee on‑site construction progress with cross‑discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Coordination: Act as the key point of contact between consultants, contractors, and management to ensure projects are executed timely, within approved budget and in accordance with any specifications required.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Well‑versed in compliance with MPKj (Majlis Perbandaran Kajang) authority requirements and procedural regulations.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate effective communication with various contractors.
