Authority Liaison: Coordinate and manage submissions with local authorities (Majlis Perbandaran Kajang) and other relevant technical agencies to ensure timely approvals.

Operational Oversight: Oversee on‑site construction progress with cross‑discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Coordination: Act as the key point of contact between consultants, contractors, and management to ensure projects are executed timely, within approved budget and in accordance with any specifications required.

• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate effective communication with various contractors.
