We’re looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing experience who’s ready to take on more leadership responsibilities — driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and supporting brand growth across Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and oversee digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns — from concept to execution and performance review.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing direction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing plans with business objectives and support B2B and B2C initiatives.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team on content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination to ensure consistent branding.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, roadshows, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Manage marketing budgets, evaluate ROI, and prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
