Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing experience who’s ready to take on more leadership responsibilities — driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and supporting brand growth across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Lead and oversee digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns — from concept to execution and performance review.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing direction.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing plans with business objectives and support B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Supervise and guide the marketing team on content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination to ensure consistent branding.
- Plan and execute marketing events, roadshows, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage marketing budgets, evaluate ROI, and prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (social media, e-commerce, offline marketing, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
