Job Summary | Responsible in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing campaigns, and assisting in the analysis of marketing performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand marketing collateral.
  3. Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  4. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.
  5. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  6. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
  7. Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
  9. Support the analysis of marketing data, preparing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  11. Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  12. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  13. Uphold brand guidelines and contribute to evolving the brand identity as needed.
Requirements
