Report to Hotel Manager and provide full spectrum of marketing communications support for the assigned properties. Responsible for collateral developments from brief to final production including liaising with external parties. Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned brand/s. Develop and maintain content including videos and photographs of the assigned portfolios on company’s website and other owned platforms. Work closely with Area General Managers, Area Director of Sales & Marketing, and Corporate/Field Sales to develop new campaigns for the respective market segments. Recommend, use, and optimize various communication platforms to engage with audiences and market segments. Develop PR strategies to garner coverage for the assigned properties from conceptualizing to press release to execution. Develop social media strategies to increase the share of voice of the assigned brand/s on online platforms. Deliver the assigned projects within the approved budget. Develop creative ideas to continuously improve internal processes and elevate the standard of work produced.
