Job Purpose

Supports the team in terms of project identification, selection, prioritisation and execution of initiatives that are in line with the company’s transformation journey

Job Responsibilities
  • Supports on the identification of initiatives that are aligned with the company’s strategy
  • Assists in evaluating transformation initiatives/business opportunities by analysing business problems, identifying options and preparing financial models
  • Conduct business research to support transformation initiatives
  • Work with business units to drive and monitor implementation of strategic / transformation projects
  • Assists in implementing program delivery control by coordinating with respective workstream and team
  • Continuously identify roadblocks or delays in delivering initiatives and provide assistance on action plans needed to enable course correction
  • Assist in quantifying and validating benefits from initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Management / Real Estate or related discipline.
  • Pursuing professional qualification (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance or Business Transformation for Assistant Manager.
