This role is responsible for providing managerial and secretariat support to Malaysian Accountancy Research and Education Foundation (MAREF). The job scope includes managing research administration and the research grant lifecycle, coordinating key programmes and outreach initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, secretariat support to MAREF Board of Trustees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of MAREF in accordance with its Trust Deed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.

Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience, preferably in research administration, grant management, project management, or non-profit organisations.

Experience in research management or coordination of research programmes will be an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, well-organised, and methodical, able to manage documentation and processes accurately.

Professional and approachable, able to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Committed, responsible, and willing to learn, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent command of English, including professional written and verbal communication.
