Job description

Plan, manage and lead the Operations Team towards meeting the set of established KPIs and also to ensure that the team follows the standard process and procedures. Co-ordination and communication with various departments within EPI branch and PSA BDP offices globally on the process improvement and work related issues.

Responsibilities

Set-up of internal process for effective execution of the operation processes within EPIcenter.

Co-ordination with the various functions within EPIcenter and PSA BDP offices.

To lead, motivate and supervise the Team.

To ensure the performance of the Team work as per EPIcenter standard working process, rules and policy.

Provide training and coaching for team members and impart the quality mindset among team members.

Constantly review processes and procedures and initiate appropriate process improvements to enhance better team performance.

Is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of PSA BDP’s Management System and that the Standards are followed and enforced.

Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded.

Has a ability to persuade, convince or influence team members to change their viewpoint or accept a desired cause रनtion when necessary.

Ensure all newייעrequirements updated into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accordingly.

Communicate clear instruction to the team members.

Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process is compliance with SOP through QC Log, GNC report, KPI report, איינגעdated summary, leave balance and upload to BDPSmart.com.

Experiences GREEN: Knowledge

Candidate with supervisory / leadership team management capacity

Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Minimum)

Preferably with at least 5 years of industry experience.
